REST IN PEACE

I rest in peace not when I am dead but when alive,
I can't rest in peace when dead!
Who is I that rests in peace? The body? The mind? If I am aware of the senses of the body and the thoughts of the mind, as being aware of it,there must then be a distance between body, mind and awareness as well ,
What can be chaotic, noisy,active, angry etc.... ?
Is the body and mind only but I that is aware of it, is always on rest and in peace , Rest in Peace doesn't refer to a dead body but the freedom of the body and mind.

I am Rest and Peace itself ,always been and ever will be.

when I read the subject rest in peace my first thought was death of the body, as my kids father passed away in 2010, but when I read what you wrote, I was put at peace with your words. may JAH bless me in peace of mind and knowledge as he has you thank you. JAH bless
