I try to eat as much fruit and vegetables as I can. I am living off campus so I just go to the local grocery store and buy my own food and cook it, although I still eat on campus when I am on campus. I drink these shake things everyday that has fruit in them, and I also drink this juice called V-8 juice that has vitamins A,C, and E in it.
How long is swine flu contagious for though?
This kid in my guitar ensemble class had swine flu and now he's back after like a week. I just read that swine flu might be even more contagious than previously thought.
I try to stay as far away from that kid as possible, I don't care if he says he has recovered, I bet he could still transmit it.
