Yes Empress, blessed love.
This is one of my favorite photos as well. His Majesty knows he is earth rightful judge, that is why he has a painting of HIM upon the throne of judgment.
The french on the bottom reads something like 'a photo called the APOCALYPSE commemorating the ETERNAL REIGN of his majesty'. the only part im not sure of is the commemorating, but the verb looks similar to something like that, the text is very small and i cant see the word properly.

the french verb 'annoncer' means to publicise / announce / advertise... so not commemorating, but publicising! (Hail His Imperial Majesty Selassie I first!) Also it says Roi des rois... King of kings. Publicising the eternal reign of the King of kings.
