Beware of white foods,

white sugar, white flour, white potatoes (startch), dairy, any flesh

These foods cause high mucous production, getting lodged in any body area, as infections cysts, dis-ease

Treat the body as a Temple, take live juices, herbs, cleansing out toxins.
