Greetings in Jah name RasTafarI Immanuel Haile I Selassie I

Give Ises for this reasoning......Irie to see InI comin up Igain.

Some Ones have taken certain vows pertaining to dem livity, seen?
the I may want to cite up Numbers ch. 6, the book of Ham(Genesis ch.9v.20-29), and Exodus ch. 20 for crucial Vibes.

And please bredren an sistren let I add the fact that InI cyant go nah babylon way and decide that it may be ok to rest on the 1st day opposed to the 7th....InI Sabbath be on Saturday. No offense so please dont take it as such.....but sayin sunday is the day of rest cause it a the norm of modern day....is like sayin the I's that have taken a vow of a nazarite like Iself can drink juice that have 1% grape juice init and say it cool cause we can just cut off 1% percent of We Locks.....i dont know about Ones and Ones....but I rest Jah RasTafarI annointed Shabot and Itinue I works on the Sunday.

Please dont take this wrong cause i got none but love for the I.

[1] And God spake all these words, saying,
[2] I am the LORD thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.
[3] Thou shalt have no other gods before me.
[4] Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth:
[5] Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;
[6] And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments.
[7] Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain; for the LORD will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain.
[8] Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.
[9] Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:
[10] But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:
[11] For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.
[12] Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.
[13] Thou shalt not kill.
[14] Thou shalt not commit adultery.
[15] Thou shalt not steal.
[16] Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.
[17] Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour's.
[18] And all the people saw the thunderings, and the lightnings, and the noise of the trumpet, and the mountain smoking: and when the people saw it, they removed, and stood afar off.
[19] And they said unto Moses, Speak thou with us, and we will hear: but let not God speak with us, lest we die.
[20] And Moses said unto the people, Fear not: for God is come to prove you, and that his fear may be before your faces, that ye sin not.
[21] And the people stood afar off, and Moses drew near unto the thick darkness where God was.
[22] And the LORD said unto Moses, Thus thou shalt say unto the children of Israel, Ye have seen that I have talked with you from heaven.
[23] Ye shall not make with me gods of silver, neither shall ye make unto you gods of gold.
[24] An altar of earth thou shalt make unto me, and shalt sacrifice thereon thy burnt offerings, and thy peace offerings, thy sheep, and thine oxen: in all places where I record my name I will come unto thee, and I will bless thee.
[25] And if thou wilt make me an altar of stone, thou shalt not build it of hewn stone: for if thou lift up thy tool upon it, thou hast polluted it.
[26] Neither shalt thou go up by steps unto mine altar, that thy nakedness be not discovered thereon.

blessed love, i suggest to start with reading psalms, selassie speeches, etc. "A psalm a day keeps the devil away"
I asked the same thing as the I, and I was told by living it, u will learn. Try and be patient. I not sure how u trodd now, so not sure what tips to give. I can only share i experience but u will have to find ur way on ur own by the faith of Selassie. Trust I, I too have a long journey ahead of I, I just take it 1,2.

just remember it is better to reason then it is to be preaching...
I n I already discussed the sabbath.

I suggest following the commandments
also remember

THINGS U USED TO SAY U SAY NO MORE
PLACES U USED TO GO U GO NO MORE
THINGS U USED TO DO, U DO NO MORE!!!!!!!!!!

Remember that as u take a step out ur gates, ur representing Rastafari, so walk upright, think three times before u speak, be upfull.

eat as healthy as u can cause babylon putting too much in foods that are making I n I sick..

I don't know if this is helpful or if i even repeated iself, but let i know how ur journey goes..heart of love

Bless Empress,

Well Iman am just asking cause I find that on Sabbath I never know what to do. I am someone who needs things to do haha. I just find myself getting bored. But I dont put myself in any tribe. I read bible, Black Supremacy in the righteousness of salvation, bhagavad gita, Vedas, ect.. so I cover much!

blessed love 505 Rasta, I apologize when I mentioned how I n I already talked bout sabbath, I was saying that to MessenJahofGod. I didn't even see the I question forgive I. Well I only been to one sabbath gathering and that was on bobo hill. I reason with an empress or listen to binghi or read, i read on the computer. For I tho, I feel i can't keep sabbath in peace cause i live with someone who doesn't respect i sabbath, but i'm moving in 2 strongs so i will tell u what its like then.
But i do basically the same thing and sometimes i don't feel like reading, so i don't know wat to do with iself. I know were not suppose to use a camcorder but i watch i recording of bobo hill services.

On Sabbath I would probably do a little meditating throughout the day, Recite Selassie word slowly so I can take it in, Read a Psalm or two, do some biblical study on Selassie prophecies, chant a little, go for walks in the countryside (Im lucky in England, I live next to a beautiful abundance of it!) look at all Jah creation. I would also do at least one helpful thing for the day. I would probably play a little drums aswell. I'm no nyabinghi, but I do like drums and think they have some form of spiritual aid. I'd do alot of prayer too.
