simmer ground sea salt, fresh ground peppercorns, minced garlic, fresh basil, oregano for 20 minutes in the amount of water desired for the soup (you may also include herbs that you need for specific health purposes*)
add olive oil, carrots, then broccoli florets, then zuchini slices
finish off by adding a puree'd tomato with a dash of brown sugar
garnish with snipped parsley
*--I use fennel seed in fresh herb recipes, because my daughter has epilepsy, garlic to help regulate cholesterol and blood pressure
