Hidden - Foolishness
it is a very poetic line to say...
"For it is true that Our Lord the Creator sends us into the world as equals, but it is also true that when one is born one is neither rich nor poor. One is naked."
but it is not true --- some are born in the best hospitals and are driven home in luxury while some are born far away from the best hospitals and carried home.
selassie i as far as i know never endured the hardships of poverty, so for him to make a judgement on the poor would be like a white person making a judgement on how blacks handle racism.
