About 6 years ago I read some articles that exposed extensive evidence that guillitines were being imported and stored at closed military bases along with black helicopters.

I also saw a piece of congressional legislation that attempted to create a federal law requiring federal death penalty cases to be satisfied by guillitine execution.

The conclusions I came up with were as follows:

With guillitine execution, the head is severed and the major body organs are not destroyed or damaged, thus avaiable for transplant.

Federal laws cannot usurp jurisdiction from the state (at least for right now) so the only way to carry out such a brutal and inhumane tactic would be to use a federal crime standard.

What federal crimes result in the death sentence? T R E A S O N!
What is the definition of treason? Any act that the government perceives as "against or in violation of the government".

If anyone has any information on this subject please post.

I just saw a guillitine execution link on the remnant of God website. I hadn't studied the subject in the past couple of years.

Also, could closed military bases operate as One World Military Prisons run by Military Police made up of Military Officers from a combined coalition of the willing? Is it likely that officers trained in the states would not be easy to train to turn on women and children, but in other countries, women and children are slaughtered in combat so soldiers from those countries would comply?
