What does it take for a placebo to work?
If there is no information, such as you are going to take a pill, then the placebo will not be that strong,
On the other hand, if there is too much information, such as the pill only contains sugar, then the placebo will not work,
Placebos are for healing,
I have always valued placebos as the highest form of medicine,
And studies have shown that some placebos are better than others, in other words the placebo effect can be made stronger by better application of it,
So what is the correct thing to do at the moment, exchange more information, removing some of the mystery, or maintain a certain level of mystery in order to promote better healing?
