This corona virus should not be taken lightly.

Many people are doubting the potential of the virus to kill them and that's fine. But biggest problem is not the virus itself, but the contagion factor.

Combine an extremely contagious virus with people who:
1 - believe everything is a conspiracy and trust misinformation
2 - extreme panic or overreaction (leading to lack of TP and wipes)
3 - young and aren't worried at all about their own health

And what you have is a recipe for mass infection.

One of the pieces of misinformation out there is that this just like the regular flu. It's not. This is more like catching pneumonia. While you can survive that people typically need hospital care to have the best chances of doing so.

If hospitals get overwhelmed (as they did in Italy) then even if it was survivable eventually everyone starts running out of beds and ventilators the same way stores are running out of toilet paper and even baby wipes.

Since hospitals can only treat so many people at once it is better to overestimate the virus and try to delay getting it for as long as possible. This gives health care systems more time to actually help people who are already sick, instead of getting bogged down by people who don't care whether they get sick or not.

There is also questions about when a person is contagious. I've heard both, not contagious without symptoms and contagious even without symptoms. Without symptoms means that even if you don't think you have it and therefore aren't a danger to other people, you could be a danger to other people. We all have like 6 degrees of separation between us and that includes the elderly members in our families. The numbers of cases are already over 200,000 and there's already been over 8,000 deaths.

As far as whether this is a government conspiracy...

There are a number of reasons why it isn't. Let me address a few easy ones.

1. It started in China. There is already evidence that it started from human contact with infected bats. Many of these diseases are animal to human. Animals don't die from this because they've already likely been exposed and developed antibodies. Or, it's just not extremely compatible with their biology. Either way... humans have always gotten sick from certain contact with animals. That's why you never eat raw chicken and must wash it thoroughly. China already had a humane way of population control. Instead of resorting to a virus that they couldn't control, they would have simply re-instituted the one child policy. Also, there are several world leaders also infected.

2. Rich people and people rich people care about have been infected. The stock market jumped off a cliff. These are reasons why rich people wouldn't want to invest in a virus that would be counter productive to their own interests. And while they'll still be rich after the stock market recovers, there's no reason why thousands of doctors around the world would cooperate with such a scheme.

3. Some people feel that governments want to impose martial law and even pack people into concentration camps. However, they forget one important detail. Who pays for it? The cost of running jails and prison is very high. Tax payers pay for it. Now imagine the cost of imprisoning all the tax payers so that the only people left are the rich? They would want to pay to feed people who aren't working? For what purpose? It's a nonsensical supposition.

People believe all kinds of conspiracies for the simple fact that they imagine some dark nefarious motivation to drive them. But the people who have the resources to pull off a large conspiracy are also motivated by clear and understandable things: wealth and power. The idea that they want to control you misses the reality that they already control people to the extent that they want them to be controlled. The current level of control is just fine because people are consumers for their products. Therefore, why would they want to endanger people's ability or freedom to make them even more wealthy? And power is typically sought in order to increase wealth. So it doesn't make sense to seek power in order to decrease one's wealth by killing consumers or stopping the flow of the economy. But conspiracy theorists hardly think all of these ideas through because they're just looking for a bad guy.

So there is a lot of misinformation out there; like you can test yourself by holding your breath. That's false. My mother was even given pills last week that were supposed to protect her from infected people. I shouldn't even have to say it but that's obviously false. There is talk now about an old vaccine being effective against corona but I will wait to hear this from official channels because it could just be an attempt to get investors to pump money into a stock/company that has nothing to do with corona.

So keep yourselves safe. Keep your families and especially your parents and older aunts and uncles safe. Practice social distancing and don't become a statistic.

Well what do we know already based on the literature and epidemiology?

It is a new mutation for a group of viruses which infect us All yearly and we have already had contact with. It's a mutation specifically of the SARS virus which did begin with animal to human spread allegedly, and since then has re-emerged twice because of proven human manufacturing and alleged accidental leaking of the virus... Before this new mutation arrived. So it wouldn't be unreasonable to question the origins

It isn't flu your right. It's not a type of influenza. But... It is a viral upper respiratory tract infection just like flu or the common cold. The media are basing the hype around the fact it is novel and resembles SARS. New flu viruses highly contagious are spread en mass each year every year....

Flu killed 30,000 last year... In America alone.

It's worth stating that the figures on coronavirus prevelence are MASSIVELY understated. If they say 20K have it, more likely 100k or 200k have it. This is because no country has adopted a blanket screening test for all patients.... Usually only the very sick are being tested not the asymptomatic carriers or those with milder disease unlike the Flu which is routinely swabbed and check for.

Its the propaganda and media hysteria vs the actual dangers of this thing which are way out of proportion which leads to the suggestion there's more than meets the eye

History alone would tell us not to simply accept this at surface level

No surprise that IPXninja is advocating the typical mainstream media narrative. A true pundit.

In the real world... The CDC appears to have had advanced knowledge of the coronavirus pandemic outbreak, as the agency which deliberately delayed testing kits in the USA for nearly a month was hiring quarantine program advisors in November of 2019, to cover Texas, New York, California, Washington, Florida and many other areas where the pandemic is now exploding.

This job listing page at jobs.CDC.gov describes job announcement number HHS-CDC-D3-20-10640010, paying up to $93,077 per year, with an open application period from Nov. 15th, 2019 to May 15th, 2020.

The cities and states described in the job listing are:
Dallas, Texas, El Paso, Texas, Houston, Texas, Seattle, Washington, Anchorage, Alaska, Los Angeles, California, San Diego, California, San Francisco, California, Miami, Florida, Atlanta, Georgia, Honolulu, Hawaii, Chicago, Illinois, Boston, Massachusetts, Detroit, Michigan, Minneapolis, Minnesota, Newark, New Jersey, New York, New York, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, San Juan.

Here’s a description of the job duties:

“Assist in planning and implementing a program for preventing the importation of communicable diseases from abroad and spread of these diseases domestically.”, “Monitor disease trends and consults with senior leaders to ensure that appropriate measures are taken to prevent the introduction/spread of communicable diseases by travelers, etiologic agents or vectors.”, “Provide technical assistance, consultation and guidance to national, state and/or local agencies; health organizations; federal, state and local law enforcement agencies; airport and seaport activities; hospital networks, and other private entities.”, “Ensure appropriate communication networks, planning documents and emergency response protocols are in place, tested and regularly updated.”, “Develop and present training to various governmental agencies and local partners on emergency response protocols, communicable diseases and quarantine activities.”

The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation co-hosted a pandemic exercise in late 2019 that simulated a global coronavirus outbreak. They also just happen to fund the group who owns the patent to the deadly virus and are working on a vaccine to solve the crisis. The Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security, World Economic Forum, and Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation Call for Public-Private Cooperation for Pandemic Preparedness and Response Organizations release 7 recommendations in a joint call to action

Titled the “Event 201” pandemic, the high-level pandemic exercise “dropped participants right in the midst of an uncontrolled coronavirus outbreak that was spreading like wildfire out of South America to wreak worldwide havoc.”
“In the simulation, CAPS (the coronavirus) resulted in a death toll of 65 million people within 18 months,” according to John Hopkins University.

The Event 201 pandemic exercise, conducted on October 18, 2019 co-hosted by the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security, World Economic Forum, and Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, vividly demonstrated a number of these important gaps in pandemic preparedness as well as some of the elements of the solutions between the public and private sectors that will be needed to fill them.

The Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security, World Economic Forum, and Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation jointly propose the following:

Governments, international organizations, and businesses should plan now for how essential corporate capabilities will be utilized during a large-scale pandemic.

Industry, national governments, and international organizations should work together to enhance internationally held stockpiles of medical countermeasures (MCMs) to enable rapid and equitable distribution during a severe pandemic.

Countries, international organizations, and global transportation companies should work together to maintain travel and trade during severe pandemics.

Governments should provide more resources and support for the development and surge manufacturing of vaccines, therapeutics, and diagnostics that will be needed during a severe pandemic.

Global business should recognize the economic burden of pandemics and fight for stronger preparedness.

International organizations should prioritize reducing economic impacts of epidemics and pandemics.

Governments and the private sector should assign a greater priority to developing methods to combat mis- and disinformation prior to the next pandemic response.
A full description of each recommendation and the call to action is available on the Event 201 website, along with videos of the pandemic exercise.

But no no, don’t question... Just follow the media’s narrative on what to do and think!

Candace Owens, a black woman and conservative exposed the big lie this week that hospitals are required to call all deaths COVid19 death if the person that dies tests positive for the virus even if they die from another cause like cancer, a heart attack, stroke, or a mother that accidently smothers her baby. This week a baby and mother were positive for the virus but the mother accidently smother the baby so they called it a COVID death.

Im starting to sense somthing very sinister going on behind all the fear and confusion of babylon. They easily shut down the entire world, now americans are losing their jobs, relying on goverment "stimulus" check that should be cashed by the people by the end of moth but we will see. Relying on the governemt too much is a good way for them to have too much power to abuse.
