Enough of this topic flooding other threads.. It needs its own page, so here we go.

Build The WALL. Stop the open border crisis.

Without a doubt the best documentary commentary about The Wall produced to date:

With $5 billion devoted to it, just think of the possibilities!

Im glad you think this is a joke.. 1000's of people dieing, women and children raped and sold into sex slavery is funny to you apparently.. Really shows just how you liberals think. Disgusting..

The video I posted above wasn't quite the one I was looking for. But the actuall documentary is coming soon. Its called borderless and it documents the deadly consequences of open borders. Rape, murder, economic collapse, just to name a few.. But all that is funny to you..

^^ EXACTLY why we need THE WALL

You may have forgotten these tid-bits from prior posts, but i was the one who taught GED and ESL to undocumented immigrants from Mexico & Central America; i was the one who served on the board of directors for the Hispanic community center in my county which provided various types of vital assistance to some 2,000 plus undocumented immigrants from Mexico & Central America; i was the one who taught English and constructed water systems and homes in Nicaragua....shall i continue? i engaged in these activities over the course of two decades.
i see nothing funny about the plight of undocumented immigrants fleeing poverty and violence to find a sustainable living.

I do find Trump to be simultaneously hilarious and pathetic, and this whole "build the wall" thing to be amusing theater designed to engage people who don't know any better.

Oh, and yes, i love comedy. Laughter is good medicine. And yes, based upon my own personal observations, Latinos are some of the hardest working people you'll find anywhere.

So they should come in legally and not put themselves in an unnecessary predicament by tresspassing. Do you have walls on your home? Why???????????

The wall is 100% needed! 5 years ago democrats voted for 1000 miles of extra border barrier but now that Trump is in, exposing the crisis, they just want to obstruct abd people are dying every day because of it. Nothing funny about it. No matter how hard you virtue signal, people are dying and something needs to stop it.. Like the wall!

A wall is pure idiocracy. It's pure waste.
Waste of resources
Waste of money
Waste of time
Waste human labor
Waste of good relations with neighbors

The USA can address any and all issues of crime through other means, rather than a wall.

Is a wall more capable than the USA Border patrol, ICE, National Guard, CIA, FBI, the police, etc? Are these oranizations so incompetent?

Lets keep good relations with neighbors, Mexico is a great friend and ally to the USA. Building a wall will only hurt the relations between the USA and Mexico.

The wall is a waste and a great shame

"Mexico is a great friend and ally to the USA. Building a wall will only hurt the relations between the USA and Mexico."

Having spent a lot of my life in Mexico and with Mexicans, just a couple of thoughts about that:

As a rule, nations (and especially the USA at this point) don't really have "friends", they have "interests". i would say that the USA and Mexico have quite a lot of "shared interests" but i would not classify the the two countries as friends.

i don't think that building a wall would really substantially damage US-Mexican relations beyond what has already been done historically. i'm not going to try to get into the laundry list of nasty things that the US has done to Mexico and Mexicans over the years, but suffice to say it's long and Mexicans are realistic about the US and its relationship with Mexico (i.e., they understand that the US only cares about its own interests, and generally looks down upon, and craps upon, Mexicans whenever given the opportunity to).

The wall is a great investment that will pay for itself 100 times over! It will drastically reduce human trafficking and drug smuggling and the power of the cartels, just like it has done in every instance a border wall has been built!
