You say "Men lie women lie numbers dont". But sometimes people use numbers to lie, like you did when posting that statistic. But like you said, the numbers don't lie, so lets crunch some more numbers.
Using that same statistic you posted.

The 2013 racial mix of the population
62.% white
17.1% Hispanic
13.2% black
White people make up 42.9% of violent crime, even though they make up 62.2% of the population. If all races were committing violent crimes at the same rate, white people should be responsible for 62.2% of violent crime, not 42.9
Black people make up 22.4% of the violent crime even though they make up only 17.1% of the population. If all races were committing violent crimes at the same rate, black people should be responsible for 17.1% of violent crime, not 22.4
The DOJ murder statistics are even worse.
Between 1980 and 2008
Black people responsible for 52% of homicides with only 13.2 percent of the population.
White people responsible for 45% of homicides with only 62.2 percent of the population.
13% of the population is responsible for 52% of the murders! And what is even worse is that most of those murderers are black males, so 6% of the population is responsible for almost 52% of the murders. Numbers don't lie.
If murders were the same rate between races, black people should be responsible for 13.2% and white people 62.2%
This means that black people in the US are 5.5 times more likely to be a murderer compared to white people.
Back to that statistic image above in regard to black vs white crime
black people committed 560,600 violent crimes against whites
white people committed 99,403 violent crimes against blacks
So black people were the attackers in 84.9 percent of the violent crimes involving blacks and whites.
