INTRODUCTION
We know the scriptures are allegory, metaphor, and simile i.e. every noun has a deeper level of meaning. Even the Bible itself stated "Now this is an allegory" in Galatians 4:21-31 & Galatians 4:24. "As a matter of fact, poetry is the second most common literary feature and comprises almost one-third of the Bible. Therefore, we must have some understanding of biblical poetry in order to better understand Scripture. The language of poetry is imagery. It is designed to stir the emotions and create vivid mental pictures which increase understanding."
The Biblical Prophecies are written poetically to convey future events. In addition, all the original cast of the Bible are white i.e. Anglo-Saxon; Even genesis stated, "This is the book of the generations of Adam". However, end time prophecies are events made for the future and are dealing with the dictators of the divine script. Therefore, we the Black Race now symbolize the biblical Israelite (Children of Light) in the eschatological scheme of things. Even in the Kebra Nagast (Ethiopia's Holy Bible), the divine power was transferred figuratively from the Israelite to the Ethiopian black race; Thus the statement, "Are ye not as children of the Ethiopians unto me, O children of Israel? said the LORD". Making Ethiopia the new Israel in regards to biblical prophecies. This can also be seen when translating words or phrases from the original Hebrew text into English.
I will provide the original Hebrew definition of words by placing notes within brackets, and explain the correlation of specific verses with that of the Ethiopian/Italian WAR, and how Haile Selassie played the key role to prove my thesis.
Ethiopia is the Key
As we have seen many Jews and christian theologians have attempted to decode the book of Daniel using modern day Israel and the Jewish people as their central point of reference. However, this is where most have backslide since it seem many have forgotten Babylon was apart of the Mesopotamian empire, which like ancient Kemet and Nubia, was colonized and ruled by the people of ancient Punt (Anu People).
Even the ancient Egyptian documented that there ancestors came from the land of Punt called Ta.Netjeru, meaning "Land of the Gods" or "Land of the Ancestors". Furthermore, it has now been proven the Land of Ancient Punt encompassed Modern day Ethiopia, Eritrea, Djibouti & Somalia - Horn of Africa. People tend to forget Africa's (also Biblical's) Kush was Nubia with its capital being Saba, Meroe and then Napata, all being in the land of Sudan, not Modern day Ethiopia (Abyssinia).
In my understanding Modern Day Ethiopia should be the nucleus as it was seen as the grandfather of Kemet and father to Nubia. In this light we must see His Majesty also as being the central point of reference in regards to prophetic revelations. Since he was the LAST of an ancient lineage of sovereignty established in the distant past upon orb-ship Earth. From King Anu (Ori-Anu) to Earth Rightful Ruler Qedamawi Haile Selassie. It was said by brother Bobby Hemmitt, "it started with Ethiopia (in the past) and will end with Ethiopia (future/present)."
Note: Alalu (Sumerian God-King) was the first to arrived on Earth and set up his abode which was a Reed-hut. The reed hut are traditional houses of the Afar tribe in Ethiopia & Eritrea. In fact, Traditional rural reed and thatch hut houses are very common throughout Africa.
Haile Selassie also attested to this subliminally when he stated, "Ethiopia has existed for 3,000 years. In fact, it exists ever since the first man (Alalu) appeared on Earth. My dynasty has ruled since the Queen of Sheba (Goddess Inanna) met King Solomon (Lord Enki) and a Son was born of their union.
Daniel's Prophecies
Firstly, it was said the story of Daniel was taken from a north Canaan poem dated as far back as 1500 BC.
The Prophecies of Daniel could easily symbolize the Fascist invasion of Haile Selassie's Ethiopia since there can be no doubt that the reference in Daniel 7 is to God as Judge; Hence Daniel means "God Has Judged", "God is Judge", or "God Will Judge", and His Majesty did Judge the League of (many) Nations in June 1936 saying:
"I, Qedamawi Haile Selassie, Emperor of Ethiopia, am here today to claim that JUSTICE which is due to my people, and the assistance promised to it eight months ago, when fifty nations asserted that aggression had been committed in violation of international treaties"
"Apart from the Kingdom of the Lord there is not on this earth any nation that is superior to any other. Should it happen that a strong Government finds it may with impunity destroy a weak people, then the hour strikes for that weak people to appeal to the League of Nations to give its JUDGEMENT in all freedom. GOD AND HISTORY WILL REMEMBER YOUR JUDGEMENT"
Daniel's Prophecies Decoded:
Daniel 9:2 "I Daniel understood by books the number of the years, whereof the word of the Lord came to JEREMIAH the prophet, that he would accomplish seventy years in the desolations of Jerusalem."
Why Daniel "understand" by "books" the "number" of years Jeremiah the Prophet was talking about?
70 years is 70 years right?
This simply means 70 years is symbolic as the Bible speak to us in the language of poetry, which is imagery!
In the Bible one day does not only represent "one year" but a 'day' or a 'year' can also be seen as "a month". Let's see...
In Ezekiel 39:9-12, speak about when God return and restore peace upon the earth that we will be burning their weapons for "7 years", and another part in that same chapter said, we will be burying their bodies and their weapons for "7 months."
Whether or not this passage is alluding to a year being a month, I see a year as metaphorically symbolizing a month. In this perspective the Prophecies of Daniel came to fulfillment regarding the Ethiopian/Italian War of His Majesty.
70 years Jeremiah predicted that Judah and Jerusalem will be in captivity and desolation:
70 years=70 months and their are 12 months in a year
70/12=5.8 years or 5 years and 8 months
Selassie went into Exile in May 1936, and even though he had return in May 1941, the war didn't end on Ethiopian soil until January 1942.
Exactly 5 years and 8 months (May 1936 - January 1942) Ethiopia was desolated.
"On May 5, 1941, Haile Selassie reentered Addis Ababa, but it was not until January 1942 that the last of the Italians, cut off near Gondar, surrendered to British and Ethiopian forces."
This all came to me nearly ten years ago after my 1st eye became awakened

Daniel 8:13-14 "Then I heard one saint speaking, and another saint said unto that certain saint which spake, How long shall be the vision (prophecy) concerning the daily sacrifice (continual offering), and the transgression (resistance) of desolation (destruction from the Sky=Poison Gas Bombs), to give both the sanctuary (most holy place/holy one) and the host (his army) to be trodden under foot (oppressed)? And he said unto me, Unto two thousand and three hundred days; then shall the sanctuary (most holy place) be cleansed (properly restored)."
The word "Vision" in Hebrew is "Chazown" and means 'prophecy'. The word "Daily" in Hebrew is "Tamiyd" means 'continuity' or 'perpetual'. The word "Transgression" in Hebrew is "Pesha" meaning 'rebellion' or 'revolt'. The word "Desolation" in Hebrew is "Shamem" meaning 'ravage' or 'destroy' and is equivalent to the word "shamayim" (shamim or shameen ), means 'Sky' or 'Heaven'. The word "Sanctuary" in Hebrew is "Qodesh" and means 'most holy place', 'sacred gifts', 'holy one'. The word ""Host" in Hebrew is "Tsaba" meaning 'army', 'war', 'battle'. The word "Cleansed" in Hebrew is "Tsadaq" means 'properly restored', 'justified'.
His Majesty's Kingdom was tread upon when Mussolini's Italy began invading in October 1935, until the war was officially ended on Ethiopian soil in January 1942.
2300 days the sanctuary (Ethiopia/Selassie) and the Host (Ethiopian Army) will be trodden underfoot then sanctuary (Ethiopia/Selassie) will be restored.
They are 365 days in a year:
2300/365=6.3 or 6 years and 3 months
War begin in October 1935 and ended in January 1942
Exactly for 6 years and 3 months Ethiopia was Trampled Down (October 1935 - January 1942) by the Italian forces.
Daniel 7:25 "And he (Mussolini) shall speak great words (speeches) against the most High (His Majesty), and shall wear out the saints of the most High (Ethiopians), and think to change (violate) times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time (5 years)."
The phrase "Great words" is the Hebrew "Millah" and means 'utterance', 'statement', 'speech'; Hence, Mussolini had many speeches about Ethiopia including his civilizing mission speech, his justification for invading Ethiopia speech, and the victory speech after the conquest etc.
Mussolini once stated, "Our cause in Ethiopia is a just one. In a few days it will be laid before the League's counsel. The word "Most High" in Hebrew is "Illay" and means "highest," a name of God.
First we must realized "Time" is only relevant in this 3rd dimension (density) and is seen as an Illusion since the sun does not rise and set, but rather the earth moves around the sun and this action is filtered through the spectrum as seasons and night and day etc. As Color is to broken light, in the same sense that sound is to broken movement. Each thing impresses upon the other; prism or crystal reveals the hidden Seven rays of the sun-life giver to earth.
Time spelled backward is the word "Emit", meaning something that is send forth or goes out from a source.
A "Time" in the book of Daniel symbolize to me a point of time as measured in hours (o'clock) and then can be converted into lunar months and solar years.
Some theologians interpret "time and times and the dividing of time" as 3.5 years but I say a time symbolize a 24 hours and then can be converted etc. The second "times" in Daniel 7:25 is not plural but singular as the same Hebrew word "Iddan" is used:
Time=24 hrs
Time=24 hrs
Half of Time=12 hrs
24+24+12=60 hrs
60 hours is then converted into 60 months and they are 12 months within a year (60/12)=5 years
Selassie went into exile exactly 5 years (May 5, 1936 - May 5, 1941)
"The date (May 5, 1941) Haile Selassie chose to re-enter his capital was heavy with symbolism. Exactly five years before, on May 5, 1936, the Italian Army moved into the capital of Ethiopia, forcing Selassie into exile"
Note: May 5 is also Cinco de Mayo
Daniel 9:23-24 "At the beginning of thy supplications the commandment came forth, and I am come to shew thee; for thou art greatly beloved: therefore understand the matter, and consider the vision. Seventy weeks (490 years or 41 yrs) are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city (Ethiopia), to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy (Coronation of HIM at St. George's Cathedral=Holy of Holies)."
The verse above can symbolize two events in H.I.M's life. One being his date of birth (July 23, 1892) and the other his coronation (November 2, 1930)
Lets see....
70 weeks is 490 or 492 days (70X7)
490 days is then converted into lunar months (Yah or Iah is the Egyptian Moon God of Time - Thoth)
490 days is then converted into 490 months. They are 12 months in a year
490/12=40.8 (rounded off to 41) or 492/12=41 years
Menelik 2nd was crowned Emperor on November 3rd, 1889 and HIM was crowned 41 years later on November 2nd, 1930
(November 1889 - November 1930)=41 years exact!
Now the 490 days (70 weeks) can also be seen as solar years (490 years) and we are told not only in the book "Catch A Fire:The Life Of Bob Marley" but also by observing the Heavens that Lij Tafari was born in the same year (1892) of the last conjunction of Neptune & Pluto in our lifetime. This amazing “coincidence” of Neptune-Pluto conjunction occur at each 490 year intervals ―; precisely the length of time based on Daniel’s “70 weeks”!

Kingdom Come:
"For several years, Ras Makonnen's chaplains and astrologers had been foretelling the infant's birth; Neptune and Pluto, they explained, had started slowly moving toward each other in the year 1399; both planets traveled along the Heliocentric Line, taking 493 years to intersect; the moment would come in July 1892, sparking off radiations from other zodiacal signs that would mystically influence the constellation Leo, which corresponded to the biblical House of Judah, Jacob's fourth son, who was born the same month, as recounted in Isaiah.
But before this birth, said the seers, there would be a great drought in Ethiopia, beginning in 1889, despite the fact that the country traditionally enjoyed two rainy seasons. The eventual return of the rains would confirm the identity and destiny of the child, as it was written in Isaiah 9:6: "For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given; and the Government shall be upon his shoulders; and his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, The Mighty God, The Everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace."
Note: July 23 is the Ancient New Year of Egypt/Kush/Sumer which occurred at the same time of the annual flooding of the Nile (inundation) which also coincide with the Helical rising of Sirius.
The verses below reveals Haile Selassie's exile, the age when he would returned, rebuilding of Ethiopia, and Italy's war crimes:
Daniel 9:25-26 "Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times. And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined."
Theologian translate the 7 weeks and 62 weeks as one undivided unity of 69 weeks. The Christian version makes it sound as if the returning and “cutting off” of the “Messiah” will take place sixty-nine weeks (483 years) after a decree to restore the Kingdom. They add the 7 and 62 weeks together and have one person (the Messiah) and two events occurring towards the end of the 69th week. However, according to the Hebrew the 7 weeks (49 days) and Threescore and 2 weeks are two separate and distinct periods. Actually, the event in verse 26 should be understand as coming before verse 25 since the Messiah is to be "Cut Off" first and then after he have return (from exile) the kingdom will be restore. In fact, the phrase "the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks" is actually referring to what age the Messiah would be when rebuilding of the kingdom begins. In addition, the Threescore (60 days) and 2 weeks (14 days) should not be added as 62 weeks (434 days) but rather as 60 days+2 weeks (60+14) since this is also separate and should be translated as 74 days (74 months).
Also, in Daniel 9:25 it is written “7 weeks, and Threescore and 2 weeks" rather than “7 and Threescore and 2 weeks.” The use of the word “weeks” after each number also shows that they are separate events and the "Comma" after 7 weeks also indicate they are distinguish events. In addition to this, the use of the definite article (Ha) that means “THE” in verse 26, “and after THE Threescore and 2 weeks shall an anointed one be cut off,” is sometimes deleted in Christian translations, but it’s presence in the Hebrew text clearly indicates that the Threescore and 2 weeks is to be treated as separate period of time from the original 7 weeks. Furthermore, the "Threescore and 2 weeks" (74 days) in verse 25 is meant actually for verse 26 only. The correct translation should be:
"Know therefore and understand, that from the going out of the decree (Campaign of the Gideon Force) to bring him (the King) back [from exile] and to rebuild Jerusalem (Ethiopia) until the Crowned King (Ruler of the Holy Empire) is 49 years [old]: Then the central part of the city (Public Squares & Plazas) shall be rebuilt, and the gold that was mined (golden artifacts that was stolen) will be brought back, even in trouble some time (During World War 2).”
"Furthermore, after the 6 years and 2 months [in office] shall the [reign of] Crown King come to a [sudden] pause (only for a period of time=Exile), except for his life [which shall continued or be spared]: and the army of the ruler (Dictator) that shall come will pollute/plunder (poison gas/stolen artifacts) the city and the holy places (temples & churches): and the end thereof shall be with a destruction, and until the end of the war those destroyed were reckoned (accounted)." Daniel 9:25-26 is thus talking about Two distinct events
The word "Commandment" in Hebrew is "Dabar" meaning 'word', 'speech', or 'decree'. Hence, the Gideon Force was a small British and African special force organised by Major General Orde Wingate, during the East African Campaign of World War II. Gideon Force was intended to aid Ethiopian rebels and hold down Italian forces in the north west of the country; Wingate interpreted this DECREE as including the liberation of Ethiopia and the reinstatement of Emperor Haile Selassie.
Revelation. 16:16 "And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon."
In reality, the Gideon Force's Campaign in which Winston Churchill dubbed the "Abyssinian Campaign" was the fulfillment of "The Battle of Armageddon" recorded in the Bible. The misleading expression of Har-Magedon being the place of the final war is incorrect. The Battle of Armageddon is actually a series of campaign within a much larger War. Hence, the word "battle" here ("Battle of Armageddon") literally means "Campaign" or "War".
Furthermore, the Battle of Gideon in the Book of Judges is the Mirror reflection of the Battle of Armageddon. Thus, the transliteration of the word Armageddon is "Armagideon," which is a composite of two words: Arma meaning 'weapons of war', 'war', 'tools' in Latin and is related to the word Arme i.e. Army, Military, or Force. And the second word being the biblical figure Gideon. Therefore, the Gideon Force (during the East African Campaign of World War II) which assisted the liberation of Ethiopia and reinstatement of Selassie was "Arma-Gideon" = "Army of Gideon" (Gideon Force); i.e. THE CAMPAIGN OF WINGATE. Even the phrase "The Battle of Armagideon" would be transliterated as "The Campaign of the Gideon Force"
That name Gideon Force obviously chosen in an intentional manner, Wingate having an intimate knowledge of the Bible and thoroughly aware of the story of the Hebrew Judge Gideon. Wingate saw himself as Gideon and the army under his command as those three hundred ancient Hebrews, fighting an unconventional battle against a numerically superior foe and emerging victorious. At that exact moment Wingate became Gideon! (Judges 7:17–22)
Many are unaware the fictitious biblical tales are actually being manifested eccentrically in the future, only that the roles now are being played out inversely. For instance, as the Lord help Gideon defeated the Midinites, so did Haile Selassie assisted Wingate and his Army. This same example can also be seen in the story of Jesus and his father "God" with that of Marley and Selassie his "Spiritual Father."
Judges 6:16 "The LORD answered, you (Wingate) can rescue Israel (Ethiopia) because I (Selassie) will be with you! Defeating the Midianites (Italian) will be as easy as beating up one man." Hence, on 20 January 1941, Gideon Force crossed into Ethiopia at Um Idla, where Haile Selassie joined the Gideon Force. Less than four months later on May 5, 1941, Wingate’s Gideon Force escorted Selassie on his triumphant return to Addis Ababa. Thus, the word "Restore" is the Hebrew word "Shub" and means 'to return', 'brought back', or 'bring him back'. The word "Build" is the Hebrew "Banah", meaning "rebuild".
The word "Street" is the Hebrew word "Rechob" and means 'Plaza' or 'Public Square'. The word "Wall" in Daniel 9:25 is "Charuwts" which is a poetical Hebrew word meaning 'Gold' or 'Gold that is mined' i.e taken or stolen. (Psalm 68:13 preceded here with the word Yĕ;raqraq-charuwts, which together means yellow-gold). Thus, His Majesty requested the return of many artistic and religious artifacts stolen by the fascists during their occupation. These included dozens of ancient works of art, the bronze statue of the Lion of Judah and various golden crowns of Kings and the Stele of Axum, an ancient obelisk made by the Egyptians between the first and the fourth century A.D. In November, during an official visit of Selassie in Italy, the Lion of Judah was returned to Ethiopia and declarations of friendship between the two peoples were renewed.
The word "Cut Off" in Hebrew is "Karath" and means 'cut down', 'eliminate', 'destroy'. Therefore, Jewish and Christian interpret the "Cut Off" in verse 26 as the Messiah being Killed. However, "Karath" also means 'To Cease', which symbolizes a temporary stop or interruption of something; i.e. Interval or Pause. Hence, Selassie was only exile for a period of time.
The word "Determined" at the end of Daniel 9:26 is the Hebrew word "Charats"and means "decide", 'to cut' and 'calculate' i.e RECKON. Hence, "unto the end of the war desolations are determined (accounted)."
"Among other things, the Treaty of Peace with Italy signed between the Italian Republic (Repubblica Italiana) and the victorious powers of World War II on 10 February 1947 in Paris, included Italy's formal recognition of Ethiopian independence and an agreement to pay $25,000,000 in reparations. Ethiopia became an independent nation again, and Haile Selassie was restored as its leader. At the time of this treaty, Ethiopia presented Italy with a bill of its own for damages inflicted during the course of Mussolini's colonial adventure. Claimed were the loss of 2,000 churches, the loss of 525,000 houses, and the slaughter and/or confiscation of six million beef cattle, seven million sheep and goats, one million horses and mules, and 700,000 camels. The bill for this presented to the Economic Commission for Italy came to £184,746,023. The Total was 760,300 human losses."
"The Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks"
The word "Messiah" is the Hebrew word "Mashiach" and means 'anointed'; usually a consecrated person as a king or priest.The word "Prince" in Daniel 9 is the Hebrew "Nagid" and does not necessarily mean 'Prince' but rather a 'King', 'Leader', 'Ruler'; as in the case of King Saul who was called "Nagid" in 1 Samuel 10:1. Nagid is equivalent to the Ethiopic "Negus" meaning KING.
The King James Version puts a definite article before "Messiah the Prince" (9:25). The original Hebrew text does not read "the Messiah the Prince" but, having no article, it is to be rendered "An Anointed King" (Mashiach Nagid); i.e. a Crown King, since the word Mashiach is nowhere used in the Jewish Scriptures as a proper name, but rather as a title of authority for a KING. Therefore, this phrase (An Anointed King) symbolizes a person currently holding or seated in office; i.e. like a sitting President.
7 weeks is 49 days. 49 days is converted into 49 years.
49 is also symbolic of a "Jubilee" and Selassie's Palace was dubbed "Jubilee Palace"
Haile Selassie returned to Ethiopia in May 1941 and immediately began reconstruction after January 1942, when the last remnant of Italian Soldiers were captured by Ethiopian forces. His Majesty was 49 years old (July 1892 - January 1942); Hence, the Crowned King (Mashiach Nagid) shall be 49 years [old] when reconstruction begins.
Also the number 49 represent The Star Sirius, since Sirius B take 49.9 years to orbit the brighter star Sirius A. Even in Holy Quran, Chapter 53 entitled "The Star" (Al-Najm) and verse 49 reads, "it is He Who is the Lord of Sirius."
And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself:
Haile Selassie was Inaugurated in November 1930 as Emperor, but he truly became rightful ruler of the throne and Empire (King-Elect) in March 1930 when he defeated Ras Gugsa Welle, husband of Empress Zewditu at the Battle of Anchem. The battle was fought to determine who would rule the empire, Empress Zewditu or King Tafari Makonnen. Suspiciously, on April 2, 1930, two days after Ras Gugsa Welle was killed in battle, Empress Zewditu died. Tafari then demanded the title Negasa Negast (King of Kings) and took complete control of the government.
Selassie Defected Gugsa Welle in March 1930 for the Throne and went into exile 6 years and 2 months later in May 1936. However, before going into exile His Majesty plan to move to the hills and fight a guerrilla campaign but his chiefs and advisers persuaded the Emperor to leave Ethiopia. Therefore, "shall the Messiah be cut off, but not for himself". In other words, he went into exile to stop the total annihilation of his People by presenting the case of Ethiopia to the League of Nation.
"But not for Himself" - This statement can also symbolize "His Life" was spared and he wasn't killed in battle etc. Hence, the Hebrew "Nephesh" means 'Self', 'Soul', 'Life'.
Threescore=60 days
2 weeks=14 days
60+14=74 days is then converted into 74 months. They are 12 months in a year. 74/12=6.16 (rounded off to 6.2) or 6 years & 2 months.
Exactly 6 years & 2 months (March 1930 - May 1936) His Majesty hold office before going into exile.
Daniel 9:27 "And HE shall confirm the covenant with many for ONE WEEK: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to CEASE, and for the overspreading of abominations HE shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate."
According to Jews and Christian interpretations of the “He” of verse 27, refers to the “Messiah”. However, how can “He” of verse 27 refer to “Messiah” when Messiah has been “cut off” in the previous verse (26)? Thus, if the “He” of verse 27 is referring to the "Cut off" Messiah, how can the one who is "Cut off" also sets up the “abomination of desolation”? Is "He" destroying his own Nation? Thus this individual, the “He” who was in allegiance with many nations for one week, also breaks this treaty, and then sets up the “abomination of desolation” in the holy place. Clearly, the “He” of Daniel 9:27 is not the “Messiah” of verse 25 & 26. Rather, the “he” is referring to “the prince that shall come,” within the same verse (26). The people of this ruler who destroyed the Holy City and its sanctuary (the Temple) were Roman legions. Indeed, the “He” of Daniel 9:27 is “the prince that shall come,” which symbolizes the "Antichrists" known to us today as the Roman Papacy (Italy/Europe). In addition, verse 25 and 26 clearly distinguished the "Messiah the Prince" from the "Prince that shall come," which prove they are different characters.
The word "Prince" in verse 26 (the prince that shall come) is the Hebrew word "Nagid" which many have falsely translated as 'Prince', when in actually denotes a 'King', 'Leader', or 'Ruler' i.e. of a Nation.
Therefore, the correct rendering of verse 27 should be understood in its original Hebraic context is as follows:
"He (The Ruler) shall be strengthened by (and overcome) the League of Many [Nations] for 7 months (Italy defeated Ethiopia in just 7 months): and while speaking arrogantly (Boastfully) during the 7 months (Italian/Ethiopian War) he shall cause the offerings and praises (religious ceremonies dedicated to the Emperor) to be brought to an end (since the Emperor had fled into Exile on May 2, 1936), and upon the WING OF ABOMINATIONS shall he bring desolation (airplanes dropping bombs and gas), even until the complete end [of the destruction], and that which was decreed (the using of poison gas bombs) shall dropped (penetrated the skin) from the skies."
The word "Confirm" in Hebrew is "Gabar" meaning 'mighty' or 'powerful'. 'prevail', 'strengthen'. The word "Covenant" is the Hebrew 'Berith' and means 'alliance', 'treaty' or 'league'. The word "Many" is the Hebrew "Rab" meaning 'Mighty (Men)', 'master', 'abundance' & 'Multitude'; Like Abraham whose name means "Father of a Multitude [of Nation]". Hence, the statement "And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week", symbolizing that Mussolini (Italy) was not only strengthened by other members of the League of Nations but he also overcame them as well, since the League did nothing to prevent Italy from attacking Ethiopia. In fact, Britain and France secretly agreed to give Ethiopia to Italy and the League suggested a plan to give part of Ethiopia to Italy as well. Even the Pope of Rome (Pope Pius XI), Vatican officials and Clergy blessed Mussolini's troops, bombs and poison gas that massacred scores of Ethiopian civilian. However, Mussolini would left the League of Nations the following year in 1937 after the League had imposed economic sanctions on Italy for the invasion of Ethiopia.
Note the phrase, "The Covenant with Many" in verse 27 reveals the "League of Nations," in the original Hebrew text - "Berith Rab"
On October 3, 1935, Italy attacked Ethiopia from Eritrea and Italian-Somaliland without a declaration of war. On October 7, the League of Nations unanimously declared Italy an aggressor but took no effective action.Thus, His Majesty was betrayed by the League of Nations.
The word "Midst" in Hebrew is "Chatsi" and means "half" or "to divided" and is derived from the root word "Zed" (or Zud & Zid) meaning "presumptuous", 'arrogant', 'pompous'. Hence, Mussolini was known to be one of the most pompous and arrogant dictator of Italy. He even boasted during the war of having murdered Ethiopians by the thousands.
As Benito Mussolini boasted, in his introduction to The War in Abyssinia, an extravagant commemorative volume written by his field commander Marshal Pietro Badoglio and published in London by Methue: "the war which lasted from October 3rd to May 5th may with full justice be termed a 'Fascist' war, because it was waged and won in the very spirit of Fascism: speed, decision, self-sacrifice, courage, and resistance beyond human limits” (Badoglio 1937: vii)"
The Hebrew words "Zebach" and "Minchah" denotes 'offering' and 'praises' one dedicates to God. The word "Cease" is the Hebrew "Shabath" meaning 'brought to an end' or 'rest'. However, the root word comes from "Shabbat" which is observe on the seventh day of the week - SATURDAY. Interestingly, Haile Selassie fled into exile on May 2, 1936 which was also on the Sabbath Day (Saturday) and Italian forces took the capital, Addis Ababa, on May 5, 1936.
The word "Overspreading" is the Hebrew "kanaph" and means 'border', 'cover', 'wing' & 'flying'. The word "Abomination" is the Hebrew "Shiqquwts" meaning 'atrocity', 'monstrosity', & 'destruction'. Thus, atrocity came from the Sky in the form of bombs and poison gas.
The word "Consummation" is the Hebrew word "Kalah" and means 'to be complete', 'at an end', 'finished'. The word "Determined" is the Hebrew word "Charats" meaning "decide", 'to cut', 'decree'. Hence, Pietro Badoglio (Italian general) was granted permission from Mussolini to used poison gas.
The word 'Poured' is the Hebrew "Nathak" and means 'be melted', 'dropped, 'molten'. Hence, the mustard gas bombs contained a corrosive liquid. When they exploded, they emitted lethal vapors that penetrated the human skin and produced both internal and external lesions that ultimately killed some victims. Others were blinded by the toxic gases. Many of those who escaped the deadly rain of mustard gas on the battlefield finally succumbed to its lethal effects when they drank water from the rivers and lakes contaminated by the gas. Even the word "Destroy" in verse 26 is the Hebrew word "Shachath" and means 'spoil', 'ravage', 'loot', 'polluted' i.e to contaminate (water, air, or a place) with poisonous substances.
The word "Desolation" in verse 27 is the Hebrew "Shamem" meaning 'ravage' or 'destroy' and is equivalent to the word "shamayim" (shamim or shameen ), means 'Sky' or 'Heaven'. In the spoken language SHAMAYEM was often reduced to SHAMEM. Hence, Italian's Airplanes were loaded with poison gas and bombs which devastated Selassie's army, leaving many Ethiopian civilians deformed, sickened, and perished within its path.
"ONE WEEK" is 7 days. They are 7 days within a week and this is converted into 7 months.
Italy's invasion began in October 1935 and HIM went into exile 7 months later in May 1936.

Jeremiah 23: 20 "The anger of the Lord shall not return, until he have executed, and till he have performed the thoughts of his heart (Appearance at the League of Nations in 1936): in the latter days (in the future) ye shall consider it PERFECTLY."
Ezekiel's vision of God and His "Throne-Chariot" Revealed:
Its clear to comprehend that Ezekiel’s writing and visions were apocalyptic and eschatological in nature—very similar to the writings found in both Daniel and Revelation. Ezekiel's vision speak of the appearance of God and his "Movable Throne chariot" on Earth. As further evidence of this fact, at the end of Ezekiel 1, after describing “a likeness with the appearance of a man” on a throne, Ezekiel wrote: “This was the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the Lord” (1:28), and "Then the glory of the Lord went up from the cherub" (10:4). We also see God riding the Cherub in Psalm 18:10 "And he rode upon a cherub, and did fly: yea, he did fly upon the wings of the wind."
A thorough evaluation of Ezekiel's Vision of the Throne, one will realize it doesn't correspond with John's Vision of the "THRONE OF GOD" but rather with Daniel. For instant, Ezekiel describes a person navigating a movable object carrying the Lord. Whereas in John's vision, God is sitting on a "STILL THRONE" that is surrounded by a "RAINBOW" which is emerald in color.
This can also symbolize Imperial Ethiopia and His Majesty's Royal Lion of Judah Emblem.
Note: Blue Nile Falls in Ethiopia is popular for its extraordinary beauty and cultural worth. This is one of the most awe aspiring views of Africa where millions of gallons of water flow over the face of the cliff and into the ravine creating a spectacular RAINBOW. When water continues dropping, this creates a smoke like bounce of water droplets. Viewing the cascading water is indeed a spectacular occasion. Therefore, Bob Marley dubbed Ethiopia in one of his song, "Rainbow Country"
Excerpt from the Holy Book of Wonder by Ital Imani:
"John (Book of Revelation) said there was a rainbow around the throne, in appearance like an emerald. If you blend or mix the three colors of The Imperial Ethiopian Flag of His Majesty which are Red, Yellow, and Green, which also is the semblance of the rainbow, the blending of those colors give us a dark green color. Thus, appearance like an emerald.
In regard to whether Ezekiel saw some sort of extraterrestrial craft or not. My view is more sublunary base (mundane), since Ezekiel (or the writers of the book) used one of the most compatible iconography of the middle eastern world to compared with that which he had saw in his vision. Therefore the imagery of the Babylonian and Assyrian "Shedu" or "Lamassu" was chosen, which either influence or became the Hebrew Cherub.
The word "Cherub" has no etymology in the Hebrew language. Both the word and the concept is Babylonian, not Hebrew and remember Ezekiel was in Babylon when he saw this great sight. The word 'cherub' relates from the Assyrian and Babylonian "karabu," which means 'Mighty' or 'Powerful'.
In the Bible a Cherubim is seen as an angelic being with the capabilities of flight. However, in Ezekiel's vision of God and his Throne-Chariot it symbolizes the Locomotive Steam Train which His Majesty used to exile Ethiopia.
The Locomotive Trains of His Majesty was dubbed "Haile Selassie's Iron Horses" by the trains magazine in 1969. We must also keep in mind like the Prophet Daniel, Ezekiel was among the Jews exiled to Babylon who spoke about the restoration of the Israelites and their land. Therefore the theme of exile and restoration is also echoed in Daniel's vision regarding future events in reference to God and his People.
Revelation 12:14 "And to the woman (Imperial Family) were given two wings of a great eagle (Steam Train & British Warship), that she might fly into the wilderness (Bath, England in Exile), into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time (5 years), from the face of the serpent (Fascist Italy)."
The "two wings of a great eagle" symbolize the two means of transportation the Ethiopian Imperial family used to exile Ethiopia. The Imperial Family traveled by train to Djibouti in French Somaliland where they boarded the British cruiser HMS Enterprise to sail into exile.
The vision of the Cherubim Ezekiel saw actually described a Steam Train which is a series of railroad cars that moved as a unit by a locomotive. These locomotives are fueled by burning combustible material—usually coal, wood, or oil—to produce steam in a boiler. In the Whyte notation (Wheel arrangement) for the classification of steam locomotives has a representation of 3 types of wheels: four leading wheels on two axles (usually in a leading bogie), six powered and coupled driving wheels on three axles, and two trailing wheels on one axle (usually in a trailing truck). This can also be represented 'graphically' as ooOOOo

When deciphering the written account of Ezekiel's Poetic Vision in it's True Hebraic (Masoretic) form the truth becomes evident to see.
Ezekiel 10:2-22
"1 Then I looked, and, behold, in the firmament (Locomotive Cab) that was above the head (at the forefront) of the cherubims (Locomotive) there appeared over them as it were a sapphire stone (This can represent the Cab actually being Blue in color or the duties of the Engineer), as the appearance of the likeness of a throne (engineer seating in the locomotive cab controlling the train).

The word "Firmament" is the Hebrew word 'Raqiya' comes from the root word 'Raqa' which means "to hammer out", "to spread out" or "an extended surface". Hence, in Steam Locomotive the engineer's cab is situated on the "extended area" of the locomotive behind the boiler and it is within the Cab the engineer and fireman resides. The engineer used the throttle and brake to control the train, while the fireman's duties are confined to "spreading" the coal on the surface of the fire and seeing that the fire burns evenly.
The word "Seat" in verse 1 is the Hebrew word 'Kicce' or 'Kisse' meaning 'Chair', 'Stool', or 'Seat (of Power)'. Thus, the train's engineer is in control of the Locomotive. The word "Head" in the above verse is "Rosh" in Hebrew, meaning 'Forefront' i.e in the front.
The word for SAPPHIRE in Hebrew is "CAPPIYR" and is derived from the root words "CAPHAR" meaning 'to count', 'record', ''control', and "CEPHER" which means 'document', 'book', 'writing' etc. Hence, an engineer is responsible for preparing equipment for service, checking PAPERWORK and the condition of the locomotives. Their duties require that they control acceleration, braking and handling of the train underway. They must know the physical characteristics of the railroad, including passenger stations, the incline and decline of the right-of-way and speed limits.
2 And he (Engineer) spake unto the man clothed with linen (Fireman), and said, Go in between the wheels, even under the cherub (Steam Train), and fill thine hand with coals of fire from between the cherubims (Coal bunker/Coal-Car of a Steam Locomotive), and scatter them over the city (Symbolizing the coming Destruction). And he went in my sight.
3 Now the cherubims (Steam Train) stood on the right side of the house (Palace/Imperial Railway), when the man went in; and the cloud (Smoke from the Chimney) filled the inner court (Towns & villages).
4 Then the glory (Riches/Burdensome/Imperial Family) of the Lord went up from the cherub (Steam Train), and stood over the threshold (Entrance) of the house (Palace or Imperial Railway); and the house was filled with the cloud (Smoke from the Chimney), and the court (Towns or Locomotive Horn) was full of the brightness (affliction or spectacle) of the Lord's glory (Anguish).
The word "Glory" is the Hebrew word "Kabowd" and is derived from "Kabad", meaning 'heavy', 'rich', 'burdensome', 'nobles'. Hence, Selassie "left behind in agony of defeat" and boarded a train from Addis Ababa to Djibouti along with the Imperial Family, taken with him all the golden treasure of the Ethiopian Central Bank.
The word "House" in Hebrew is "Bayith" and means 'Palace' or 'Household', 'Family'. The word "Court" is the Hebrew "Chatser" meaning 'Towns' or 'Villages' and is derived from "chatsotser", means 'to blow or sound a trumpet'.
5 And the sound of the cherubims' wings (Sound of the Locomotive's Railroad Cars=Chugga Chugga Chooo Chooo!) was heard even to the outer court (Villages or Locomotive Horn), as the voice of the Almighty God when he speaketh.
6 And it came to pass, that when he had commanded the man clothed with linen (Fireman), saying, Take fire (shoveling the coal) from between the wheels, from between the cherubims (Coal bunker/Coal-car of a steam locomotive); then he went in, and stood beside the wheels.
7 And one cherub (Steam Train) stretched forth his hand from between the cherubims (series of railroad cars coupled together) unto the fire (burning coals) that was between the cherubims (Coal-Car of a locomotive), and took thereof, and put it into the hands of him that was clothed with linen (Fireman): who took it, and went out.
The word "Fire" in Hebrew is "Esh" and means 'flame' or 'burning coals'. Hence, in a steam train much of the fireman's time is spent throwing wood or shoveling coal into the firebox of the locomotive to maintain constant steam pressure.
8 And there appeared in the cherubims (Steam Train) the form (Pattern) of a man's hand (Side rods/Coupling rods/Valve gear/Coupling-Coupler) under their wings (Box-shapes Rail Cars).
9 And when I looked, behold the four wheels (leading wheels) by the cherubims (steam train), one wheel (driving wheels) by one cherub , and another wheel (trailing wheels) by another cherub: and the appearance of the wheels was as the colour of a beryl stone.

The word "Midst" in Hebrew is "tavek" meaning 'among' i.e. surrounded by or in the company of.
11 When they went (flow), they went (flow) upon their four sides; they turned not as they went (flow), but to the place whither the head (forefront) looked (turn toward) they followed it (locomotive hauled train along the railway); they turned not as they went.
12 And their whole body, and their backs (rim of wheel), and their hands (Side rods/Coupling rods/Valve gear), and their wings (series of rail cars), and the wheels, were full of eyes round about (windows/holes/spoke wheels), even the wheels that they four had.
The word "Back" in Hebrew is 'Gab' and means 'Rims (of a wheel)'
13 As for the wheels, it was cried unto them in my hearing, O wheel (screeching and squealing of the train wheels).
14 And every one had four faces (sides): the first face (side) was the face of a cherub (front view of a locomotive resemble the face of the Babylonian Shedu), and the second face (side) was the face of a man (Steam train driver leans out of the cab), and the third the face of a lion (Lion of Judah's logo imprinted on the rear), and the fourth the face of an eagle (both Selassie's face and the side view of a locomotive looks similar to a vulture's face).
The word "Face" is the Hebrew "Panim", means 'surface' or 'side'
Note: The German called their first locomotive that was successfully used commercially for the rail transport of passengers and goods "The Adler" meaning 'Eagle'.

15 And the cherubims were lifted up. This is the living creature that I saw by the river of Chebar.
16 And when the cherubims (Locomotive) went (Depart), the wheels went by them: and when the cherubims (Locomotive) lifted up (Bearing) their wings (Box-Shape Passenger Rail Cars) to mount up (move forward) from the earth (country-Ethiopia), the same wheels also turned not from beside them.
Note: The word 'lifted up' is the Hebrew word "Nasa" meaning 'Carry' or 'bearer', and the word 'Mount Up' is the Hebrew "Ruwm" means 'raise' or 'advance' i.e. in a forward movement.
17 When they stood, these stood; and when they were lifted up (Moving Forward), these lifted up (Arranged) themselves also: for the spirit of the living creature (Steam Engine/Fireobx) was in them.
The word "Left Up" in the above verse is the Hebrew "Ramam" and means 'exalt' or 'mount up'; organize or arrange.
18 Then the glory (Troublesome) of the Lord (Selassie) departed (for exile) from off the threshold (entrance) of the house (Palace or Imperial Railway from Addis Ababa to Djibouti), and stood over the cherubims (Steam Train).
19 And the cherubims (Locomotive) lifted up (Bearing) their wings (Rail Cars), and mounted up (Proceed in a worm-like motion) from the earth (country-Ethiopia) in my sight: when they went out (Depart), the wheels also were beside them, and every one stood at the door (Opening) of the east gate (Port/Train Station) of the Lord's house (Palace/Imperial Railway); and the glory (Anguish) of the God of Israel (One of Seleassie's title was Ye'Israel Nigus=King of Israel) was over them above (Carried Away).
The word 'Mounted Up' in the above verse is the Hebrew "Ramam" and means 'exalt' and also "to be wormy", derived from the root word "Rimmah" meaning "worm". Hence, a train move upon the rail track in a worm-like motion lead by the locomotive at the front.
20 This is the living creature that I saw under the God of Israel by the river of Chebar; and I knew that they were the cherubims (Steam Train).
21 Every one had four faces (sides) apiece, and every one four wings (four corners=Box-Shape Passenger Rail Cars); and the likeness of the hands of a man (Side rods/Coupling rods/Valve gear/Coupling-Coupler) was under their wings (Passenger Rail Cars).
Note: The word for "Wings" in Hebrew is "Kanaph" meaning "Corners," and a square has four corners. Thus, most models of Passenger Rail Cars are normally Box-shape.
Also, locomotive is fitted with special wings (Chimney wings) which throw the smoke clear of the cab windows
Coupling/Coupler — Are device at the front and rear of the locomotive for connecting locomotives and rail cars together.
Side rods/Coupling rods — Connects the driving wheels together.
22 And the likeness of their faces was the same faces which I saw by the river of Chebar, their appearances and themselves: they went every one straight forward."
Ezekiel's vision clearly denotes a Steam Train; Hence, Ezekiel 1:9 "Their wings were joined one to another (series of rail cars coupled together); they turned not when they went; they went every one straight forward (Traditionally, locomotives pulled trains from the front.)."
