Selassie was talking about the state of humanity, not a limit.

What about everything that Christ said in that link I posted that doesn't have to do with the word perfect? How do you explain away the rest of what He said?

Then it stands it aint happen yet or happening now because just as many people turning to Christianity/Messianic Judaism the same if not more are turning away from Christianity/Messianic Judaism!

If Selassie fail to be Messiah then Yeshua failed 10xs over than Selassie I.

Show where Messiah was prophecief to come die and come again!

_______________
I wouldn't explain away anything He says as I agree with it all, and strive towards being Christ-like in all that I do. He says if you love Him, do what He says.
Matthew 22:34 But when the Pharisees heard that Jesus had silenced the Sadducees, they gathered themselves together. 35One of them, a lawyer, asked Him a question, testing Him, 36“Teacher, which is the great commandment in the Law?” 37And He said to him, “ ‘YOU SHALL LOVE THE LORD YOUR GOD WITH ALL YOUR HEART, AND WITH ALL YOUR SOUL, AND WITH ALL YOUR MIND.’ 38“This is the great and foremost commandment. 39“The second is like it, ‘YOU SHALL LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF.’ 40“On these two commandments depend the whole Law and the Prophets.”

Show where Messiah was prophecief to come die and come again!
______________
In Hosea, the Lord indicates that He will personally attack death and be victorious over it.

I will ransom them from the power of the grave; I will redeem them from death: O death, I will be thy plagues; O grave, I will be thy destruction: repentance shall be hid from mine eyes.

Then, going back to Isaiah, we find in Isaiah 53:10-12, that the Messiah would die for the people; and then, after death, His days would be prolonged, and He would be given an inheritance.

Yet it pleased the LORD to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in his hand. He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities. Therefore will I divide him a portion with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong; because he hath poured out his soul unto death: and he was numbered with the transgressors; and he bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.

So ALL if those are entended to be prophecies about a Messiah or are from a christians interpretation?

You do understand that anything can hapoen and anyone can exist in literature, right?
If something is written as a prophecy before hand it is only the stroke of a pen to write in its fulfillment even if it never was fulfilled!

Do you even read them things in context of which they are writren and the situation surrounding them?

Yes, they are all prophesies and shadows of what's to come. Yes, everything is to be read in context otherwise it would just be deception(just like the popular Rev 5:5 used to associate Selassie). Of course it's from the perspective of a believer. If you want to disbelieve, no amount of prophesies, miracles or good examples will change your mind, like the stiff-necked pharisees.

Hey diddle diddle,

The cat and the fiddle,
The cow jumped over the moon.
The little dog laughed,
To see such sport,

And the dish ran away with the spoon

A whole lot of them thing are not even prophecies a'tall and as for shadows that strictly from a christian interpretation. All those socalled prophecies are more than likely written about OT characters and fulfilled by them in the OT!

What youre doing is injecting your/christian beliefs into ideas that were never to be. So no matter how much truth is presented to you wont be able to accept it even when seeing it because of your belief. Your belief will always overide reality making you see things dat aint deh.

And I should take your word for it voodoo man/woman? Lol
These are universally accepted prophesies by Christians, Messianic Jews, any kind of believer in Christ. What truth specifically is being presented to me here? All I see are worthless opinions without any basis. You ask for prophesies, I deliver. Then you question the truth in front of your face which was accepted by your god. Christ wouldn't be the Messiah if He didn't fulfill prophesies, wasn't born of a virgin, lived sinless, raised the dead, healed the deaf etc etc.
Can you show me how Selassie is the Messiah? As far as I can see, he only believed in the real Messiah. He wasn't anything to be worshiped.
