I would avoid it because fermentation is a part of the processing, and (as for me), I wouldn't put anything pickled inside my body.

I might use it as a topical treatment though, perhaps. It is meant to be good for the hair. But I would favour something else.

i think humble one said it all. even if i'd consume "normal" vinegar, i wouldn't touch it. i also wasn't a huge fan of apple liqueur earlier in my life.
