The I said, worship is physical action for the Divine Supreme being, to worship in spirit means the worship with the spirit, to put spirit into what one does. This reminds Iwombman of what I read of bhakti yoga, the breath+movement with which I&I serve the Divine. Raja yoga, all types of yoga for that matter, include the yoking of the personal spirit to the cosmic spirit. For Iwombman, worshipping is giving acknowledgement, feeling the Innection within I to the powerful thing I have acknowledged. What the I said, putting the spirit into what one does. Knowing that the word "spirit" = Ruach = breath, this literally means that worshipping = yoga (breath+movement).
