I have yet to see a natural cure for cancer that has actually been proven to work. There are claims, but none have yet been able to be verified by controlled testing. There are many natural things that prevent and fight against cancer, but none have shown verifiable evidence of being a full cure. Even western medicine methods don't always cure the cancer, or cancer eventually resurfaces, but there has been numerous positive results, with some cancers almost guaranteed to be curable for the long term.
I hardly ever go to a western doctor or use their medicine. I avoid western medicine and prefer natural means whenever I can find something that works, but have used western medicine when I think it is worth it. I always look up the side effects before taking anything to make sure the risks are acceptable, including with herbal remedies.
Western medicine has flaws but not everything it deals with is wrong. Many things have been beneficial for humans worldwide. There are too many stories about people dying or severely messing themselves up because of their refusal of western medicine, and on the other side there are too many stories about people dying or severely messing themselves up because of their blind acceptance of western medicine.
In general, people too often go to extremes and think that if is not one extreme it must be another. I have seen people fight so strongly about an extreme, and then at some point change their minds and fight strongly about the opposing extreme. That is how Babylon has trained people to think, it makes it easier for them to control people to do their will. They just need to push the right buttons to make people jump to the extreme they want them to, and cause people to do their bidding. People will just march in the direction, with blinders on the side their heads like horses so they avoid looking at other possibilities, and they accept anything as true, as long it fits in with the direction they are marching.
I and I must be objective and reasonable so we accept what is right for I and I and reject what is wrong. Instead of accepting wrong because it fits in with our view, or rejecting right because it opposes our view. Being objective and reasonable is the Example Haile Selassie I Teaches I and I. It brings forth balance.
