Before InI was Rasta, I always ate organic foods prepared with distilled water. Started distilled H2O in '91 first for better tasting coffee. In '93, they started injecting cows with hormones. That year, I was getting belly aches, found a store that had organic milk and I was ok again. Started looking at and buying other 'organic' foods, loved them, went 100% organic from then on. I was a fat mess then, having spent years at desk jobs, etc. I'm healthier now at 58, then I was at 38 and haven't been near a med institution in 22 yrs.
Point is, distilled is the only 'pure' water that has nothing already bonded to the H2O, so it bonds instantly to whatever it contacts. When your body is trying to flush accumulated minerals and such, distilled water will flush out more than any other type. Blood is mostly water. The purer that water is, the more blockages can flow clear, IMO. I know it definitely brings out the most flavor from an organic Ethiopian coffee bean. ;)
