What are you even saying? Queen Menen was an African. Solomon was israeli? As much as Garvey is a Jamaican. An African is an African no matter where he lives, it's the genealogy and ancestry what counts. Just as a Chinese man living in America is still Chinese. You realise the Nile Valley and Nubian civilisations ruled the Middle East in them time? Empress Menen I and Haile Selassie I are self proclaimed African.
