One thing I would advise someone looking for herb in america.

Beware of undercover cops. I have never been arrested, Praise JAH, but I know that there are undercover cops who will sell people herb and then later arrest them. So make sure that you know and trust who you are getting herb from. babylon has many dirty tricks up their sleeve.
