I was just talking with sis Ten about the new Nas album,and in particular the song "Sly Fox" which if you havent heard it is a musical attack on the racist and right wing Tv network Fox.
That got i thinking on on of the lines on the song
"only Fox i love is a Redd one"
This is in reference to Redd Foxx,one of the first black people to be on tv on the comedy show "Sanford and Son", before the Jeffersons, waaay before the Cosby show. I myself first got to know him when Malcolm X mentioned him in his autobiography
It still ranks as probably my fav.comedy show.
And this here is probably the episode i love most.
