How do I keep Jah as center when turmoil is all around me?

Just remember that the turmoil is all around you and not inside of you.
Radiate Jah out from your center and you can watch the turmoil receede as Jah light grows.
Cut off people who are not rightious and will not make it to the other side the instant you know that they are not going to make it. You might as well forget them now because they won't be here much longer anyway.
The truth is not less true because no one believes it, nor is it more true if everyone knows it. The truth simply is. As long as you kow what is good and true and whole the turmoil will continue to be around you but will never be inside you, and that is a good thing.
