I am an herbalist in many traditions, but would like to reason on medicines, mediations and cooking with an Ital overstanding. Things like recipe, roots tonic, some of the more esoteric mediations that man like Forsythe allude to in his works. Health and healing is a way of autonomy. My mission is to instigate community gardens in the ghetto's of east coast USA.
