I notice Tefer you state that to meet protein needs especially for a student you are recommending meat. I would like to politely point out that that's a misconception usually supported by meat eaters. Soy products e.g soy milk and tofu are good sources of protein, so are beans, peas and nuts. Not to mention rice, broccoli and other grain and plant based foods.

I agree with you Mau Mau. I never required flesh whether as a student or not.
Tef was speaking about his own self. But not everybody is like him.
